At MR8, we understand that connection disruptions can occasionally occur due to unforeseen technical issues. Our disconnect policy ensures that all players are treated fairly, and their gameplay is protected in case of disconnections. Please read the following guidelines carefully.
1. General Policy on Disconnections
1.1. MR8 is not responsible for connection issues caused by a player’s internet provider, device malfunctions, or other personal technical issues.
1.2. Games will continue to run on our servers even if the player’s connection is interrupted. The outcome of bets and game results will be determined as usual based on the game’s rules.
1.3. We recommend that players ensure a stable internet connection before starting any gameplay session to minimize disruptions.
2. Handling Disconnections for Different Games
2.1 Slot Games
- If a disconnect occurs during a spin, the spin will still be processed by the server.
- Upon reconnection, players can review the result of the interrupted spin in their game history.
2.2 Live Casino Games
- If you disconnect during a live casino game, the bet you placed before the disconnection will remain valid.
- The outcome of the game can be checked in your bet history once you reconnect.
2.3 Sports Betting
- If a disconnection occurs while placing a bet, please verify your bet status in the Betting History section upon reconnecting.
- If the bet was successfully placed before the disconnection, it will remain valid. If not, you may need to place the bet again (if the event is still open).
2.4 Poker and Multiplayer Games
- If you disconnect during a multiplayer game (such as poker), the game will continue based on the current rules.
- In “Cash Games,” disconnected players will be considered folded after their turn expires.
- In “Tournaments,” if disconnection persists, the system will place automatic folds until you reconnect or are eliminated.
3. How to Check Game and Bet Status
- You can access the Game History or Betting History section on your dashboard to view all completed bets and game results.

4. Refunds and Resolutions
4.1. In the case of a confirmed server malfunction on MR8’s side, bets may be voided, and affected players will receive refunds.
4.2. If an error occurs with a specific game provider, the issue will be investigated, and the appropriate action (including refunds if applicable) will be taken according to the provider’s policy.
4.3. MR8 reserves the right to void any bets placed on events or games affected by technical glitches.
